TL;DR: 85 of the 221 review centers in our directory offer online programmes, most of them for the LET (48) and NLE (28). None of them is accredited by any government agency — the Supreme Court struck down the attempt to regulate review centers in 2009 — and the PRC publishes school performance, never review center performance. So every passing-rate claim you read is self-reported. Here is what is actually checkable.

Two things worth reading out of that. Online review is now mainstream, not a fallback — nearly two in five listed centers run it. And every center that offers online still offers face-to-face, so the choice you are making is a format choice within a center, not usually a choice between different companies.
The Thing No Online Review Guide Tells You
There is no government accreditation for review centers in the Philippines, online or otherwise.
Executive Order 566, issued in 2006, put review centers under the supervision of the Commission on Higher Education. In Review Center Association of the Philippines v. Ermita, decided en banc on 2 April 2009, the Supreme Court declared EO 566 and CHED Memorandum Order No. 30, s. 2007 unconstitutional, holding that the President could not transfer regulation of review centers to CHED without legislation.
Two consequences follow, and both matter more online than in a classroom, because online you cannot walk in and look at the place.
There is no register to check. No permit number, no accreditation list, no minimum standard. A website is a website.
No claimed passing rate can be verified. The PRC publishes a Performance of Schools table with every licensure release — that is school performance, and it is genuinely authoritative. It publishes nothing about review centers. A claim like "produced the Top 1 for eight consecutive years" cannot be confirmed or refuted by anyone, which is precisely what makes it attractive to write.
What This Page No Longer Claims
An earlier version of this guide carried a price range for ten centers and a track-record line for most of them: topnotcher counts, passer counts over stated periods, and passing rates. On checking, almost none of those figures appeared on the center's own site, and several were wrong.
They have been removed. Below is what centers actually publish about themselves, with the claim attributed to the center making it.

Prices were as published in August 2026 and are the only ones we could find printed anywhere. If a center will not print a price, that is not necessarily a bad sign — most do not — but it does mean you have to ask.
What You Are Reviewing For
Online or not, the target is the same. These are the most recent national results published by the PRC for the examinations most online programmes serve.

Note the two nursing rows. They are the same examination five months apart. The November cycle is the one fresh graduates sit and is five times larger; February carries a far higher share of repeat takers. Any center quoting a passing rate without naming the cycle is telling you nothing.
How to Judge an Online Programme
Without a regulator, the enrolment terms are your only protection. Ask for all of this in writing before paying.
Contact hours, stated as a number. BRAINS publishes 124 hours for one programme and 96 for another. That lets you compare cost per hour. A centre that will not state hours cannot be compared with one that will.
How long your access lasts. Self-paced programmes are worthless if the platform locks two weeks before your exam. Ask for the exact end date.
Whether lectures are downloadable. Streaming-only is a bad fit outside stable urban connections. Ask if recordings persist after the live session and for how long.
How many full-length timed mock examinations are included. This is the single most valuable thing a review programme provides and the hardest to reproduce alone. Ask how many, whether they are timed, and whether you get item-level feedback rather than just a score.
What instructor access actually means. "Live Q&A" can mean a weekly session or a shared inbox. Ask for the format and frequency.
The refund and retake terms. Duration, coverage, whether attendance conditions apply, whether materials are re-issued.
Whether your own school runs one. University-run review programmes are the one category where an accreditation question has an answer, because the institution is regulated even if the course is not. They are frequently cheaper and built on the syllabus you were actually taught. Ask your college first.
Making Online Review Actually Work
The failure mode of online review is not bad content. It is not finishing.
- Schedule it like a class you cannot skip, at the same hours every week, in the same place.
- Sit at least three full-length mock exams under real conditions — timed, no notes, no phone, in one sitting.
- Write by hand. Passive video watching produces a feeling of progress that quizzes do not confirm.
- Track your quiz scores in a single sheet. If the platform gives analytics, use them; if not, build your own.
- Find two other reviewees for the same cycle. Accountability is the thing a classroom gives you that a video does not.
- Do the free official material first. Every examining body publishes coverage, and CEM publishes an NMAT Bulletin of Information. Read those before you buy anything, so you know your baseline.
