Releasing of TOR is a disaster and frustrating. They will keep you back and forth just to follow up for the release of TOR and no one is answering thie calls It would be a big impact for the student”s ability to continue their studies and goals.

National University has improved a lot in prestige and reputation as well as the physical facilities since the SM Group took over.
Accounting & the Registrar staff are too slow in processing students, the room was already full of waiting students. They don't answer the phones, I was in queue for 30mins and they never answered. Everything should be online, efficient and automated. No backlog, long lines or red tape.
