★★★★★(5 reviews)Such a beautiful university which offers a quality tertiary education. Beyond expectation 😇.
WVSU is one of the top universities in the province, producing the best graduates in nursing and education, among others. They have a very rigorous admission process that screens applicants extensively and thus, only a very limited number of students are accommodated by the university. With minimal fees, this is one of the best options for indigent but deserving students to have quality education.
I am sharing this review to honestly reflect my experience as an applicant for the Master’s program in Early Childhood Education (ECE). I completed all the requirements as early as July 2025—submitted complete documents, passed the admission test, and paid the required admission fee. Unfortunately, due to technical issues on the university’s enrollment website, I was unable to proceed with enrollment at that time. I was informed through email that I needed to wait for the next semester (January 2026) because enrollment had already closed. I waited patiently and followed all instructions. When January 2026 came, I tried enrolling again. At first, the system still did not work. After emailing them once more, I was told that the issue had been fixed. I tried again, and while the system finally allowed submission, the website was very slow, kept loading, and frequently malfunctioned. I even informed them that it has been submitted but I didn't receive any emails from them until now. Although my enrollment status was tagged as “submitted,” there was no confirmation, no clear update, and no official notice from the school whether I was successfully enrolled. This is despite the fact that I have already paid the admission fee and fully complied with everything required of me. I waited for another semester, adjusted my plans, and did my part as a student applicant—yet there was no concrete resolution. The enrollment system is not smooth, has many bugs, and is very inconvenient to use, especially for graduate students who rely heavily on online processes. Communication was polite, but responses often led only to waiting, with no clear assurance or accountability. Because of this prolonged and unresolved experience, I have decided to give up pursuing enrollment for now. I truly hope the university improves its online enrollment system, technical support, and follow-through, so future students will not experience the same frustration and uncertainty. This review is shared not out of anger, but out of hope that these issues will be addressed for the sake of other applicants.🙏😥
Welcome back indeed.
