University of Rizal System, Antipolo Campus

University of Rizal System (URS) Antipolo Campus is part of the Rizal provincial state university system, established as a state university under Republic Act 9157, which lapsed into law on August 11, 2001. URS was formed by merging Rizal Polytechnic College, Rizal State College, and a Rizal Technological University extension campus, and now operates 10 campuses across Rizal province, including Tanay (main), Antipolo, Angono, Binangonan, Cainta, Cardona, Morong, Pililla, Rodriguez, and Taytay. The Antipolo City Campus offers senior high school and college programs through its College of Hospitality Management, College of Business Administration, College of Education, and College of Engineering. Because URS is a state university, undergraduate tuition is free for qualified Filipino students under RA 10931 (Universal Access to Quality Tertiary Education Act). As a public institution, admission generally follows the university's own entrance requirements and quota per program. The Antipolo campus is administered by its own campus director and college deans, with academic and administrative offices located on site.
