A Hypocritical Betrayal of Values: The Unchristian Conduct of the University of Perpetual Help My experience at the University of Perpetual Help has compelled me to share a disheartening tale of inconsistency between the institution's professed values and its actual conduct. Despite being tied to Catholic beliefs, the behavior I encountered was far from Christ-like. The university claims to uphold the principles of compassion, empathy, and support for the vulnerable. However, my encounter with the administration exposed a shocking lack of adherence to these values. In the face of financial difficulties, instead of extending a helping hand, the university displayed a callous disregard for my situation. The professors' frequent absence from classes and the cancellation of sessions only scratch the surface of the issue. When I sought assistance through a heartfelt letter to the university president, my plea fell on deaf ears for two agonizing months. This prolonged silence contradicts the very essence of Christian virtues, which emphasize compassion, understanding, and prompt action in the face of adversity. What further heightens the sense of hypocrisy is the university's demand for full tuition payment to release my school documents. Holding essential academic records hostage in exchange for financial gain, especially when aware of the student's dire circumstances, is not only unethical but fundamentally unchristian. The core tenets of Christianity teach us to be compassionate, forgiving, and supportive, especially to those in need. The University of Perpetual Help's conduct stands in stark contrast to these teachings. It is disheartening to witness an institution claiming to instill moral values in its students demonstrate such a lack of empathy and understanding. Prospective students should be aware that the institution's commitment to Catholic beliefs appears to be more of a façade than a genuine commitment to nurturing a Christ-like community. My hope is that this review serves as a cautionary note for those considering enrollment at the University of Perpetual Help, prompting them to scrutinize the institution's actions in alignment with its professed values.

★★★★★(5 reviews)I condone a Univeristy that is allowing their students to take videos of their dying patients. Where is the Privacy Act?
The higher the floor you get is equal to the dirty restroom you can use and idk if they have wheel chair for PWD but overall they are good in accommodating students and visitors
This university should be reported to CHED or DepEd Philippines and Professional Regulation Commission for allowing their students to disregard ethics and data privacy.
