Recently listed in WURI (WORLD'S UNIVERSITY RANKINGS FOR INNOVATION) within the 100-200 rank, this locally-funded University is indeed becoming more established in the education sector in the country. Currently, the buildings are being renovated and refurbished in preparation for face-to-face classes in the coming AY2023-2024. This includes the cafeteria so food stalls are made available between the main building and the Health and Physical Sciences Building. The campus is spacious and clean and security is tight. There are guards posted everywhere and at least one in every floor upon "landing" via the elevator or staircase. I noticed how the guards are well-coordinated too. They radio names and intended offices to be visited with the corresponding guards as guests enter the gate. The lobby of the Health and Physical Sciences Building has a designated waiting area and a floor directory. Two elevators service the building; one for students and another for VIPs, Faculty and Guests. Parking is also available in the building but each slot has probably been designated already to staff, faculty, and yes, VIPs. :)
University of Makati
University of Makati (UMak) is a public local university funded and operated by the City Government of Makati. It traces its founding to 1972 as Makati Polytechnic Community College, and was successively renamed Makati College (1987) and Pamantasan ng Makati (1991) before becoming University of Makati in 2002; in 1991 Fort Andres Bonifacio College was ceded to the Makati municipal government and merged into the institution. UMak offers Senior High School and a wide range of college programs across 11 colleges and 9 institutes, including engineering, nursing, law and business administration, serving roughly 12,500 students. As a local university it belongs to the Association of Local Colleges and Universities (ALCU), and in 2023 it received recognition as a Higher Education Institution from the Commission on Higher Education. UMak's land in Taguig has been the subject of an ongoing territorial and ownership dispute, though the university continues to operate at its current site.

Very big and one of the best universities in the Philippines. They have great infrastructure and facilities for the students. World class football ground with green turf and very nice track and field facilities. They have flood lights or night lights which can support night sports and games. Very good.
