The University of La Salette College Department is the higher-education arm of the University of La Salette in Santiago City, Isabela. The institution began as a high school in 1951, added a college department in 1953, moved its college programs to the current Dubinan East site in 1970, and was granted university status in 1998. It is accredited by PAASCU and PACUCOA. College offerings include Accountancy, Arts and Sciences, Business Education, Criminology, Education, Engineering and Architecture, Information Technology, Law, Medicine and Allied Medical Programs, and Nursing, Public Health and Midwifery, alongside graduate and doctoral programs. way back 2010 an instructor gave me a final grade of 75 on our ICT computer programming. Never have I failed to attend his class and often he is late coming into the 7:30am class. Someone I know from the class received a final grade of 90 yet he didn't have his final exam and he is always absent.
