Top Achievers Private School - Santiago Campus

Top Achievers Private School, Inc. (TAPS) is a non-stock, non-profit, non-sectarian school network headquartered in Alicia, Isabela, with campuses across Region II, including this Santiago City campus. TAPS offers Preparatory (kindergarten), Elementary, Junior High School, and Senior High School under DepEd's K-12 curriculum. Its Preschool, Elementary, and Junior High departments carry DepEd Government Recognition (Nos. 07 s.2013, 08 s.2013, and J-25 s.2015), and its Senior High School holds DepEd Permit S-125 s.2015 to offer the STEM, HUMSS, GAS, and ABM strands. According to the school, each classroom is air-conditioned and equipped with instructional technology such as interactive boards and projectors, and the school maintains computer and science laboratory facilities. TAPS has been recognized by outside organizations, including an award from Bayan Academy, Knowledge Channel, and Rex Publishing, Inc. as a Most Innovative School. As of 2026, TAPS has indicated it may launch a college program starting SY 2026-2027, though this had not yet begun operating.
