Surigao Doctor's College

Surigao Doctor's College (SDC) is a private school in Surigao City that traces its roots to 2004, when it began as the Center for Healthcare Professions (CHP)-Surigao Branch, a TESDA-registered training center offering caregiving and practical nursing courses. It was incorporated under its current name in 2012 and now offers pre-school, elementary, junior high, senior high and college education. Its degree programs are Bachelor of Science in Business Administration (major in Marketing Management), Bachelor of Science in Hospitality Management, and Bachelor of Science in Information Technology, alongside diploma programs in Information Technology and Hospitality Technology and various TESDA National Certificate courses such as Bartending NC II, Food and Beverage Services NC II, Commercial Cooking NC II, Housekeeping NC II, Front Office Services NC II and Caregiving NC II. The college maintains a library and offers online enrollment, payment and learning portals for students. It is headed by school administrator Chesna Blythe C. Ycong.
