Singapore School Cebu

Singapore School Cebu (SSC) is an international K-12 school in the North Reclamation Area of Mandaue City, Cebu, established in 2010. It is recognized as both an IB World School and a Cambridge International School, running the Singapore curriculum from PreSchool through Lower Secondary before moving students to the Cambridge IGCSE for Upper Secondary and the International Baccalaureate Diploma Programme for Pre-University (Grades 11-12). Instruction is trilingual: English is the medium of instruction, Mandarin is taught as a core subject, and conversational Filipino is introduced from Primary School onward. The school follows a "4-Step Teaching Model" built around inquiry-based learning and maintains a low teacher-to-pupil ratio. All classrooms and indoor facilities are air-conditioned. Since opening, SSC's enrollment has grown to around 90% of its campus capacity. The school accepts pupil applications on a rolling basis each school year. Unlike most Philippine schools, Singapore School Cebu does not follow the DepEd K-12 track system, offering its Cambridge and IB pathways instead.
