Our Lady of Fatima University (OLFU) – Cabanatuan, Nueva Ecija is OLFU's fifth campus, located on Maharlika Highway in Cabanatuan City. The campus traces its roots to the Nueva Ecija Doctors' Colleges, Inc. (NEDCI), an institution operating since 1970, which OLFU acquired in 2015 to expand into Northern Luzon; OLFU is a private, non-sectarian university despite its name. Since the acquisition, the campus has added a fully air-conditioned multipurpose gymnasium and auditorium, described as the first sports complex of its kind in Region III, a three-story air-conditioned classroom building, and laboratories designed to simulate hospital and hotel environments for hands-on training. The campus offers Senior High School under the ABM, STEM, HUMSS, and GAS tracks, and college programs including BS Nursing, BS Medical Laboratory Science, BS Pharmacy, BS Psychology, BS Accountancy, BS Business Administration, BS International Hospitality and Tourism Management, and BS Criminology. Its quality management system was ISO 9001:2015-certified by AJA Registrars, Inc. in October 2018, covering basic education, undergraduate, and graduate operations. OLFU Cabanatuan also runs a Criminology scholarship program offering ₱7,000 per semester to children of employees of Nueva Ecija local government units, the PNP, the Bureau of Fire Protection, and the Bureau of Jail Management and Penology.

Formerly Nueva Ecija Colleges, this place was acquired and is now owned and operated by Our Lady of Fatima University (OLFU). As their newest campus, it was formally renamed as Our Lady of Fatima University - Nueva Ecija Doctors Colleges, Inc. Campus in December 2015. Even before the acquisition of OLFU, the campus served as one of the premier educational institution not only in Cabanatuan, but in Nueva Ecija as well. Providing top-notch education from Primary to Post-grad, and Medical Course. The Nueva Ecija Doctors Colleges, Inc. also operates the Nueva Ecija Doctors Hospital, that provides basic and highly specialized Medical services for Cabanatuan and its surrounding areas. The hospital also serves as a training ground for medical students in their campus, giving students an extensive experience of being in the field, even while studying.
