Clean hospital, nice staff. Better than other hospitals that I've been in Antipolo.

I've been a former student of this university and I requested for my documents. The waiting time was acceptable but the attitude of some professors or program head who've I asked for signature for clearance and who had handled me was disappointing. Why? This professor from certain department was unprofessional when I tried to reach out to him. Second, he's always not available when we tried to contact him for signing the clearance. Well in fact, he could have just asked his secretary to do it for him. Third, when I received my transcript of records I was surprised that he failed me in 2 subjects but actually I had messaged him that I am dropping out since I am migrating, I didn't even had the chance to take the prelims exam since I already left, so I find it weird. He should have just put NFE or NG. I also tried reaching out the zoom concierge for my concerns but it was not available, I called 4 times. If my guardian hadn't went to the office I wouldn't know the answers to my questions. It was such a hassle. It's true what they say about this university that it's easy to enter but too complicated when leaving this place.

My experience at Our Lady of Fatima University - Antipolo Campus was terrible. The staff are rude and unhelpful, and some professors act like they don't care about students at all. Asking simple questions feels like you're bothering them. The environment is unprofessional and frustrating. I would not recommend this campus to anyone.

I am extremely disappointed with my experience at Our Lady of Fatima University. Unfortunately, the attitude of several staff members and professors has been unprofessional and discouraging. Instead of feeling supported as a student, I often felt dismissed and unheard when raising concerns or asking for clarification. There were instances where simple inquiries were met with impatience, unapproachable behavior, and a lack of basic courtesy. As students, we deserve to be treated with respect, especially in an academic environment that is supposed to promote learning and growth. While the university may offer good programs, the negative interactions with some staff and faculty significantly affected my overall experience. I sincerely hope the administration addresses these issues, such as getting professionalism training and honestly just have sympathy, and works toward creating a more respectful and student-friendly environment. I would not recommend this campus unless improvements are made in how students are treated.
