Mater Dei College

Mater Dei College is a private Roman Catholic, co-educational school in Tubigon, Bohol, established in 1983 and opened for classes in 1984. It was founded to serve economically disadvantaged residents of the area through the efforts of parish priest Rev. Fr. Camilo Auza, educator Lourdes H. Torrefranca, and municipal secretary Cesar Mascarinas during the term of Mayor Eufrasio Mascarinas. The school offers a full range of levels, from preschool through elementary, junior and senior high school, to baccalaureate, pre-baccalaureate, and graduate programs. Its college programs are organized into six colleges offering degrees in nursing, information technology, computer science, tourism and hospitality management, accountancy, business administration, criminology, mathematics, and education. Graduate offerings include Master's degrees in English Language Teaching, Mathematics Teaching, and Educational Management. The school operates under the motto "Sapientia, Caritas, Oratio" (Wisdom, Love, Prayer).
