Computer Arts & Technological College (CAT College) is a private college in Legazpi City, Albay, founded in 1987 by Reynaldo A. Belleza as the Computer Arts and Technology School. It started with about 20 students in two rented classrooms and grew into a multi-campus institution, later opening additional campuses in Ligao and Polangui. In 1989 it acquired the Southern Luzon Technical School (SOLZTECH), which let it begin offering a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science degree. In 2002, Cisco Systems named CAT College its first Cisco Networking Academy in Albay province. The college also operates a Senior High School department alongside its degree programs, serving students across the Bicol Region.
