REO Dagupan

REO (Real Excellence Online) CPA Review is a review center network founded in 2017 by Prof. Rex Banggawan, CPA, MBA, a national CPA reviewer. REO built its Manila hub in 2022 and was the first Philippine CPA review provider to launch a Hybrid Review Program combining onsite and online classes, and it holds ISO certification. The network runs branches in Manila, Baguio, Dagupan, Pampanga, Cebu, and Davao. REO Dagupan occupies the 3rd floor of Cap Building on Burgos Street in downtown Dagupan City, in front of St. John Cathedral Parish Church, with an air-conditioned classroom seating up to 275 reviewees and a dedicated study hub open Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM, for both onsite and hybrid CPA Licensure Exam (CPALE) reviewees. The branch offers exam-focused CPA review courses with personalized academic support for aspiring CPAs from Pangasinan and nearby provinces.
