Padilla Review Center is a civil engineering review center headquartered in Cebu City, on the 4th floor of the Cebu Leesons Building at Pantaleon del Rosario Street corner Dionisio Jakosalem Street. Founded in 1997 by Engr. Perfecto B. Padilla Jr., the center has since opened additional branches in Davao City, Baguio City, and Palawan. Engr. Padilla personally teaches at the Cebu main branch, and instructors at the other branches are trained directly by him to keep review quality consistent across locations. The center prepares candidates for the Civil Engineering Licensure Examination through face-to-face classroom review, and it has also run online classes for reviewees who cannot attend in person. Padilla Review Center offers enrollment discounts, including a reduced rate for Latin Honors graduates and free slots for Summa Cum Laude graduates and national quiz champions. Its Facebook page, PRC - Padilla Review Center, is its current verifiable online presence for schedules and enrollment.

Instructors are well accommodating. Teachings/tutorials made simple and can be easily understood. Keep it up!
As far as online classes is concerned, the quality is subpar. They don't provide the solutions after every exam and if you ask for the solutions, the management urges you to buy their books instead. It's quite disappointing because others can offer much better review services at a lower price. If you're planning to enroll on their online classes, please reconsider.
