Their facilities and materials for the review are great and they have top notched instructors. In addition, because of their location, they have a quick access to the highway and reviewers do not have to walk too long to get there, a good thing for commuters.

It's a house dorm with office, employees are hospitable indeed, rumours said one of the best review center.
I have been calling Carl Balita Manila landline and mobile number but no one's answering. Pinapatay ang celfone. Nasa bus pa raw sya and it's already 10am. I just needed to ask the fee and schedule. p.ayayaw sagutin.
