Carl E. Balita Review Center (CBRC) is the Philippines' largest review center network, headquartered in Sampaloc, Manila, with a website claiming 181 domestic branches and 6 international branches. Founded by Dr. Carl E. Balita, it was the first ISO-accredited review center in the country and now holds ISO 9001:2015 certification. CBRC offers over 40 review programs covering licensure exams for teachers (LET), nurses (NLE), midwives, criminologists, and agriculturists, plus the Civil Service Exam, the College Admission Test, and the NMAT.
