Carl E. Balita Review Center Caloocan

Carl E. Balita Review Center (CBRC) Caloocan is a branch of the Philippines' largest franchised review center network, formed in July 2014 to operate the CBRC franchise in Caloocan City. The branch occupies floors of the PPI (Pag-IBIG Fund) Building at 355 EDSA Balintawak, with a satellite testing site at St. Joseph College of Novaliches, and offers seating for several hundred reviewees across its rooms. CBRC Caloocan prepares candidates for the Licensure Examination for Teachers (LET), the Criminologist Licensure Examination, the Nurse Licensure Examination (NLE), the Civil Service Examination, and the psychometrician and psychologist licensure exams.
