Carl Balita Review Center (CBRC) - Legazpi Branch is part of CBRC, a nationwide review center network founded in 2004 by Carl Espino Balita, a teacher, registered nurse and midwife who left academic posts to build the review center. CBRC is ISO 9001:2015-certified and is one of the largest review center networks in the Philippines, with branches across Luzon, Visayas, Mindanao, and select overseas locations, offering programs for PRC licensure exams such as LET, Criminology, Nursing, Midwifery, Pharmacy, and CPA, plus the Civil Service Exam, NAPOLCOM, and IELTS, delivered through both online and face-to-face formats. The Legazpi branch is located on the 2nd floor of the RJV Commercial Building on Reynolds Street in the Old Albay district of Legazpi City, and focuses on review programs for the Licensure Examination for Teachers (LET) and the Criminologist Licensure Exam (CLE), serving reviewees across Albay and the wider Bicol region.
